About the position

The Partner Development Marketing Manager at Intuit is a strategic role focused on managing and developing marketing partnerships to drive growth for small businesses within the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG). This position requires a blend of business development expertise, analytical skills, and relationship management to enhance existing partnerships and create new opportunities that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and grow relationships with existing and future strategic partners for Small and Medium businesses.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems and delivering an experience that partners love, leading to active recommendations of Intuit's products and services.
  • Understand customer and partner needs to better solve user pain-points and identify trends and market opportunities.
  • Negotiate comprehensive Go-To-Market plans with partners.
  • Work closely with GBSG stakeholders to drive contract negotiations with new and existing partners in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships management or business development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to contribute to data-backed decisions to inform strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project management ability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
