About the position

The Partner Development Representative is an inside sales role focused on generating leads for an international cloud-based accounting software company. The primary responsibility is to conduct outbound prospecting to build a pipeline of potential clients, utilizing various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media. This position requires collaboration with the sales team to schedule meetings and coordinate demos, ultimately aiming to qualify and create leads for the company's software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Use various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach out to prospects.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customers' business needs and challenges.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between leads and the sales team.
  • Work directly with the sales team to close deals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role with outbound cold calling experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
  • Experience generating leads and building prospect lists.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and changing environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience in a SaaS company preferred.
  • Experience working with small businesses.
  • 1+ years of true full cycle recruiting experience.
