As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and shaping the future of how businesses of all sizes utilize technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners. In the role of Partner Engineer, you will be instrumental in growing our cybersecurity business by building and expanding relationships with partners. You will serve as a trusted advisor to partners and an advocate for our security solutions, providing support to Executive, Analyst, and Engineering teams at partner companies. Your responsibilities will include accompanying partners as they design joint solutions and bring them to market, ensuring they derive maximum value from our Security Solutions. You will act as an ally to partners, facilitating efficient progress in their initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity matters, including threat detection, malware intelligence, and cloud security posture management. You will work closely with Security Partner teams to identify and develop existing and potential partners, understand their business models and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions that will benefit their customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with various companies to establish original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and Technology Partnerships, integrations, managed service offerings, and scaled motions through the channel. Your role will also involve developing use cases, solution architectures, and integrations with partner technology to help grow the joint business with Google Cloud Security solutions. You will own the technical aspects of solutions, including supporting partner opportunities, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and customer deployments. Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events may be required as needed.
