About the position

The Partner & Events Marketing Manager at Accelsius, LLC is responsible for planning and executing partner marketing initiatives and events to drive growth and build relationships. This role combines tactical event management with strategic partner engagement, focusing on enhancing Accelsius's market position in the data services industry. The manager will collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to develop co-marketing programs and host impactful events.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute customer & partner-facing events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and partner summits.
  • Manage contracts and related logistic and financial deliverables for events.
  • Handle all event logistics, including booth planning/layout, procurement/rentals & setup, printing, shipping of materials, budgeting, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assign roles & responsibilities for events.
  • Lead collection and management through transition to digital, ensuring CRM integration and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing, sales, and public relations to pre-market events and stage media opportunities.
  • Measure and report on event performance, focusing on ROI, lead generation, and partner engagement.
  • Develop co-branded marketing programs and campaigns with channel partners to drive awareness and demand.
  • Create and manage customized marketing materials for partners, including presentations, email campaigns, and digital content.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for deeper engagement and growth within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and partner marketing or channel marketing in a B2B environment, preferably in tech or data services.
  • Strong experience in B2B tech marketing, particularly with data centers or 5G telecom operators.
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Experience in developing partner enablement programs and co-marketing activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite), and event management tools.
