About the position

The Partner Field Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales through Park Place Technologies' partner network. This role acts as a trusted advisor, developing and executing strategies to promote and sell the company's services. The position requires effective collaboration with channel partners to ensure they function as an extension of the direct sales team, focusing on training, marketing efforts, and mutual business planning.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Develop and maintain executive and key influencer relationships with channel partner firms.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with partners and their sales force.
  • Engage with partners' sales teams to drive programs, initiatives, training participation, and pipeline awareness.
  • Articulate the value of selling Park Place Technologies services to channel partners.
  • Co-sell with partners to close sales opportunities and interact with direct sales on partner engagement.
  • Lead joint partner planning sessions to incorporate Park Place Technologies' offerings into partners' strategies.
  • Document goals and action items from partner planning sessions and ensure completion.
  • Navigate Park Place Technologies on behalf of partners to acquire resources for closing deals.
  • Document account information, contacts, opportunities, and activities in the CRM program.
  • Stay current with industry changes in technology and company objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business to business sales experience.
  • 7+ years of channel experience in a business to business sales environment, preferably in IT sales.
  • Knowledge of servers and storage, with the ability to provide integrated solutions.
