About the position

The Partner Marketing Campaign Manager at Stenn will focus on building strategic alliances and managing co-branded marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition in the U.S. market, particularly within the eCommerce and SaaS sectors. This role is integral to aligning with Stenn's growth strategy and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure successful campaign execution and partner enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the business development team to build an audience list of ideal partners and support sales motion to recruit new strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute Partner Marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation among partner channels.
  • Work closely with the Partner Business Development Team to design marketing campaigns that drive high-quality MQLs, aligning with sales objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of partner marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, campaign setup, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Plan and execute webinars, partner events, and community-building activities alongside strategic partners.
  • Provide marketing support to partners, including collateral development, co-marketing activities, and training to ensure they are well-equipped to promote Stenn's financing solutions effectively.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of partner marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future campaigns and ensure a positive ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and other Marketing teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and contribution to company objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive MQLs and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative partner marketing campaigns.
