About the position

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Partner Marketing Acquisition Growth at Citi Retail Services is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive acquisition growth across various partners and channels. This role involves leading marketing programs, monitoring performance trends, and ensuring the successful execution of innovative marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize acquisition offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of acquisitions strategies across priority channels by collaborating with business partners.
• Drive digital acquisition growth by assessing the competitive landscape and optimizing existing channel performance.
• Work with product champions and management teams for asset and experience development.
• Partner with analytic and domain managers on reporting and forecasting to evaluate program performance.
• Manage content creation to support strategic updates to leadership.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business, particularly in project management, digital marketing, or capability development.
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Partner-oriented mindset with strategic recommendation capabilities.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations and a self-starter.
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment.
