About the position

As a Channel Marketing Manager at Zoom, you will be responsible for driving partner success through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing collaboration and productivity for organizations worldwide by leveraging Zoom's innovative communication technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive partner success.
• Manage projects and budgets, including performance measurement and ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance marketing efforts within the AMS channel partner ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends and partner performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in a channel marketing role within a technology-focused or UCaaS company.
• Deep understanding of the AMS channel partner ecosystem and partner marketing.
• Strong project and budget management skills, including performance measurement and ROI tracking.
• Solid understanding of the technology, UCaaS, and CX industries.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, PRM, and analytics platforms.
