About the position

The Partner Marketing Manager will be a key member of EPAM's Global Partner & Alliances team, focusing on building relationships and developing impactful marketing strategies to support the growth of partnerships within the Digital Platform Partner ecosystem. This role involves managing marketing collateral, collaborating with various teams, and driving marketing initiatives to enhance partner engagement and business development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing relations and communication streams with partners.
  • Oversee the planning and management of marketing collateral for technology partners, including events, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure timely and quality project completion.
  • Work closely with the Partner Practice team to develop go-to-market strategies and marketing activities related to partners.
  • Act as Project Manager for events, nurture campaigns, and targeted content creation.
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve messaging and marketing planning.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner with partner marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • 5+ years' experience in a Partner Marketing team, with knowledge of Digital Platform Partners.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Proven ability to create and leverage marketing content for multi-touch campaigns.
  • Strong content writing skills and event planning experience.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple countries.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of reporting, data, and marketing metrics.
  • Consultative marketing approach to engage with stakeholders.
