About the position

The Partner Marketing Manager at Early Warning is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs in collaboration with Paze integration and distribution partners. This role focuses on driving demand and awareness for Paze through B2B partner marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute partner marketing strategies to enhance Paze's ecosystem of integration and distribution partners.
  • Develop and manage partner marketing toolkits and assets to communicate Paze's value proposition to merchants and customers.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and merchant marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Provide marketing support for new partner onboarding, coordinating public relations, social media, and marketing plans.
  • Create assets for consumer marketing content toolkit to drive solution awareness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of partner marketing activities and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate partner marketing materials reviews to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Manage the Paze budget, including submitting invoices and administrative processing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partner constituencies.
  • Assist in other marketing-related activities as needed.

Requirements

  • BA degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and comfortable working directly with partners.
  • Experience working for either a start-up or a high-growth organization.
  • Experience creating and developing marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong cross-functional team player with the ability to excel at both strategy and execution.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, and collaborative.

Nice-to-haves

  • Marketing experience in financial services or fintech.
  • MA or MBA is a plus.
