About the position

The Partner Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement within Zoom's partner community. This role focuses on fostering desirable behaviors among partner sellers and sales engineers through various strategies, including account mapping, loyalty programs, and gamification, ultimately contributing to sustained engagement and strong mindshare for Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored initiatives and incentives for Zoom Phone/Contact Center partners to drive sales pipeline and closures, fostering motivation and collaboration.
• Drive account mapping at scale, leveraging the right tools and incentives to foster the desired behaviors among partner sellers.
• Oversee and expand the Partner Demand Center for partner self-service, fostering adoption and integration with initiatives for increased efficiency.
• Develop the sponsorship prospectus and orchestrate partner engagement for opportunities to sponsor Zoom events.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role within a technology or SaaS company.
• Experience with account mapping and performance measurement in a partner ecosystem.
• Experience creating and implementing partner marketing strategies to include incentives, gamification, and loyalty programs, achieving tangible results.
• Have experience in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment.
