About the position

The Partner Marketing Manager at Moloco will be the first hire in the partner marketing function, responsible for building and scaling the role from the ground up. This position will work closely with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and leading agencies to drive marketing initiatives that contribute to Moloco's growth. The role encompasses developing partner marketing strategies, overseeing content development, coordinating events, and measuring the success of initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partnerships and sales teams to build relationships with marketing teams at MMPs and performance agencies.
  • Develop and define the partner marketing strategy and roadmap to drive mutual growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partner marketing teams to identify joint marketing opportunities.
  • Align with internal teams and external partners on content themes beneficial to both parties.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blogs.
  • Identify key events for partner involvement and coordinate content production for these events.
  • Determine KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and adapt strategies based on learnings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a partner marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app marketing ecosystem.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
  • Proven track record in strategy development, execution, and impact measurement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners.
  • Experience in producing high-quality marketing content from conception to launch.
  • Strong written and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building and scaling a partner marketing function from scratch.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
