About the position

The Partner, Marketing Manager at Fiserv is responsible for leading customer marketing initiatives within the Independent Sales Organization and Agent channels of the Merchant Solutions business. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, support sales efforts, and improve brand recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive channel marketing strategy that drives growth within the Merchant Solutions segment.
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to understand target audiences across sales channels, tailoring marketing strategies to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and increase retention across all channels.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives, analyzing data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the channel marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and other stakeholders, providing updates on marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of channel marketing experience, FinTech experience a plus
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Experience in channel marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary

  • MBA or master's degree
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire a direct and cross functional team
