About the position

The Partner Marketing Operations Manager at Xero plays a crucial role in enabling the Partner Marketing team to achieve optimal performance through effective data, technology, and processes. This position focuses on supporting key stakeholders in delivering Partner Experience initiatives, ensuring projects are well-managed, and facilitating collaboration across various departments to enhance partner and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support key stakeholders across Partner Marketing in the timely and successful delivery of Partner Experience initiatives.
• Develop project management frameworks to clarify project roles and responsibilities and keep projects on track.
• Connect interdependencies across various projects to help align and enable successful delivery.
• Provide status updates for projects and maintain project management tools and artifacts.
• Facilitate workshops and conversations to capture stakeholder needs and feedback into project scopes.
• Act as the central point of alignment across the partner organization for Partner Experience initiatives.
• Maintain a connected view of all Partner Experience initiatives, identifying opportunities for alignment and collaboration.
• Render ad hoc project management support as required.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a project management role.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to solve diverse business problems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering cross-functional Marketing programs or technology projects.
