About the position

The Partner Marketing Programs Manager is a key role within the Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, focused on expanding revenue and enhancing customer relationships through third-party partnerships. This position is responsible for managing the My Membership Program, which aims to enrich customer experiences and engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in partnership marketing, loyalty marketing, and program management, and will work collaboratively with various internal teams to drive marketing initiatives and optimize customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve program operations across marketing partnerships to address changing business needs.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and activations.
  • Lead a cross-functional team in planning and executing advancements for the My Membership program through various channels.
  • Partner with the analytics team to drive structure and reporting for marketing partnerships, improving tracking and measurement of KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnership marketing, loyalty marketing, or marketing program management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing practices and project management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Experience with CRM and social media marketing strategies.
