The role will primarily involve managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and representing clients in court appearances. While the position will initially be remote, the expectation is to establish a strong presence in North Carolina over time. Candidates should be prepared to leverage their existing portable business to contribute to the firm's growth and success. The firm values collaboration and encourages candidates with groups to apply, although this is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil defense law and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Candidates must have portable business.
  • Must be admitted to practice in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
  • Experience in civil defense law is preferred.

  • Experience in managing a legal team is a plus.
