About the position

The Partner Onboarding Specialist at 8x8 Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of reseller partners by guiding them through the onboarding process and enabling them to utilize the company's systems and resources effectively. This position involves training, certification, and accreditation of partners, as well as gathering feedback to enhance the overall partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new reseller partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to access and use all systems, tools, and resources needed to do business with the company.
  • Drive training, certifications, and accreditations with new and existing partners on the company's products, technologies, and processes.
  • Monitor partner progress toward completing onboarding and enablement requirements within established timeframes.
  • Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks partners may encounter during the onboarding and enablement processes.
  • Support the Partner Account Managers as needed to help build and maintain strong relationships with reseller partners.
  • Proactively identify and address partner needs and concerns.
  • Serve as a point of contact for partners, providing support and guidance related to onboarding and enablement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the onboarding process is well-documented, efficient, and provides a positive experience for partners.
  • Gather feedback from partners on the onboarding and enablement process, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with subject matter experts and operations teams to implement process enhancements and content updates.
  • Track partner performance metrics, including onboarding completion rates, certifications, and accreditations.
  • Provide regular reports on partner progress and identify trends.
  • Analyze partner data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner success, enablement, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with UCaaS, CCaaS, and Conversational AI markets.
  • Excellent project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software tools.
