About the position

As a Partner Operations Coordinator for Delta Defense, you will serve as the essential link between our regional business partners and our internal team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that daily business activities, reporting, and operations are executed seamlessly and efficiently, driving maximum profitability and productivity. You will be the go-to person for resolving operational issues and implementing strategies to enhance overall business performance. Your communication and organizational skills will be put to work as you foster a collaborative environment where both our partners and internal teams thrive. By excelling in this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our partners' growth and ensuring that our business operations are optimized for peak efficiency. In this role, you will act as a strategic informant for the assigned regional team, managing resource allocation, strategic planning, and financial reporting on partner events and operational activities. You will contribute to and present in various standing meetings to cascade information, reinforce process-driven efficiencies, and inform on continued training opportunities. Additionally, you will manage a complex regional event calendar for planning and forecasting all regional account executive activity, process all regional administrative requests within the outlined handle time, and build working relationships with the entire regional team, understanding their capabilities, schedules, and communication preferences. You will also be responsible for reviewing and maintaining multiple reports, databases, and platforms to ensure data accuracy, including Salesforce and Tableau. Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum and content offered by the USCCA, facilitating all contracts, payments, prerequisites, and credentials pertaining to Official Partner certification, and addressing and resolving urgent and relevant tasks promptly will be key aspects of your role. You will roll out new programs, processes, and contracts to outside sales and external partners, with up to approximately 15% of the role involving domestic travel to regional and/or district meetings. All other duties as assigned will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a strategic informant for assigned regional team for resource management, strategic planning, financial reporting on partner events, and operational activity.
  • Contributes to and presents in various standing meetings to cascade information, reinforce process-driven efficiencies, and informs on continued training opportunities.

  • Builds working relationships with the entire regional team, understanding their capabilities, schedules, and communication preferences.
  • Reviews and maintains multiple reports, databases and platforms to ensure data accuracy including Salesforce, Tableau, Partner Programs, etc.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum and content offered by the USCCA including mini-classes, full curriculum, guides, etc.
  • Facilitates all contracts, payments, prerequisites, and credentials pertaining to Official Partner certification.
  • Addresses and resolves urgent and relevant tasks promptly.
  • Rolls out new programs, processes, contracts to outside sales, and external partners.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or sales support role.
  • Experience with USCCA training curriculum preferred.
  • Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. Paid Training is provided for all hires.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Google Products Suite, with a willingness to learn adjacent platforms and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a diverse range of people within all levels and functions of the organization.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
