About the position

The Partner Pay Specialist role at H-E-B is focused on providing exceptional customer service within a high-volume HR service center. This position is responsible for processing partner transactions related to Health & Welfare Benefits, Payroll, and HR/Employment, ensuring data integrity and effective communication between H-E-B, partners, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Process Partner transactions related to Health & Welfare Benefits Plan administration, Payroll, and HR/Employment.
  • Handle transactions for benefits including medical, dental, disability, vision, prescription drug, STD, LTD, life/AD&D, 401(k), and payroll/employment transactions.
  • Ensure data integrity of all information supplied.
  • Serve as a liaison between H-E-B, Partners, and vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Entry-level position requiring under 1 year of experience.
  • Experience in an office or high-volume fast-paced location, preferably in a department related to benefits, employment, or payroll processing.
  • Experience with HRMS (PeopleSoft) systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with highly confidential information.
  • PC skills.
