About the position
The Partner Pay Specialist role at H-E-B is focused on providing exceptional customer service within a high-volume HR service center. This position is responsible for processing partner transactions related to Health & Welfare Benefits, Payroll, and HR/Employment, ensuring data integrity and effective communication between H-E-B, partners, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Process Partner transactions related to Health & Welfare Benefits Plan administration, Payroll, and HR/Employment.
- Handle transactions for benefits including medical, dental, disability, vision, prescription drug, STD, LTD, life/AD&D, 401(k), and payroll/employment transactions.
- Ensure data integrity of all information supplied.
- Serve as a liaison between H-E-B, Partners, and vendors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Entry-level position requiring under 1 year of experience.
- Experience in an office or high-volume fast-paced location, preferably in a department related to benefits, employment, or payroll processing.
- Experience with HRMS (PeopleSoft) systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
