About the position

The Partner Position Attorney role is focused on expanding the litigation team to handle complex personal injury cases. The position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about advocating for injured victims and managing all phases of litigation, from investigation to representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases
• Manage all phases of litigation including investigation, pleadings, and discovery
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients who have sustained personal injuries

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including reviewing reports and writing
• 4 years of legal experience (preferred)
• 4 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred)
• Bar certification (preferred)
