About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years' experience leading software solutions-focused programs with technology partners.
• Strong consultative and interpersonal skills to establish trust and confidence with partners.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and address partner needs with empathy and diplomacy.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Extensive experience collaborating with developer partners on complex enterprise programs.
• Proven experience leading multiple enterprise software programs and globally distributed teams.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing program execution frameworks.
• Prior experience working with industrial ISVs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all planning aspects and drive the execution of partner programs from onboarding through delivery.
• Collaborate with external partner team members and internal teams including Strategic Alliance Managers, Developer Relations, and Marketing.
• Act as a liaison between NVIDIA teams and Omniverse partners, ensuring clear communication of program requirements and status updates.
• Contribute to Omniverse Ecosystem strategic planning and prioritization efforts.
• Provide operational support to the Omniverse Strategic Alliances team through the development of tools and templates.
• Assess program progress and lessons learned to improve practices.
