About the position

The Partner Resources Specialist at Starbucks plays a crucial role in supporting the Partner Relations team, which focuses on employee relations and enhancing the partner experience. This position involves gathering information on partner issues, supporting investigations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement Partner Relations programs. The specialist will also track investigation activities and contribute to various projects, ensuring alignment with Starbucks' guiding principles.

Responsibilities

  • Gather relevant information about reported partner issues to assess case priority and support appropriate Partner Relations experts.
  • Support the investigation process by researching relevant components and locating necessary documents for sound resolutions.
  • Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams to streamline practices and promote standardization around partner resources.
  • Contribute to process improvements through the creation and revision of Partner Relations-related templates, SOPs, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the implementation of Partner Relations programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Track Partner Relations investigation activity, conduct research, and prepare reports.
  • Participate in other project work as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources systems and administration.
  • 2 years of experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Intermediate skills using Outlook and MS Office applications.
  • Proven strengths in detail orientation, planning, and prioritizing.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Experience in resourcefulness and research competence.
