About the position

The Partner Services Manager at Soccer Shots is responsible for overseeing business development and operational duties related to the youth soccer program in Queens. This role involves managing partner relationships, confirming private and public program sites, and identifying growth opportunities to increase enrollment. The position requires a blend of sales, marketing, and relationship management skills to ensure the success of Soccer Shots' programs and to maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Plan all seasonal operation duties related to Soccer Shots Queens.
  • Manage business development for an assigned territory book of business.
  • Confirm all private account confirmations and public program site confirmations.
  • Identify growth opportunities to increase enrollment with existing and new accounts and partners.
  • Create sales and marketing materials for promotional events and programs.
  • Perform marketing tasks related to the acquisition of new accounts and partners.
  • Execute Free Fun Days and work with school directors to meet enrollment goals.
  • Manage and build partner relationships through regular check-ins and site visits.
  • Use CRM and tracking tools to manage relationships and track conversions.
  • Ensure account receivable invoicing is kept up to date for proper invoicing and collection of payments.
  • Assist Operations lead to ensure timely payment of seasonal rental fees and revenues.
  • Coach a minimum of 15 sessions per week and provide account and regional partner inquiry support.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Keen attention to detail and a positive driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working in non-traditional settings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify strategic opportunities to drive results.
  • Community-driven work experience, especially with children.
