About the position

As a Partner Solutions Engineer for US and LATAM, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners. This position requires you to act as an advocate for our Partners by providing valuable feedback to our Product team and representing the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with partner SE's and their customers, ensuring they are kept informed about product features and updates. Additionally, you will enable Partners to demonstrate best sales practices, which is essential for their success in the market. Your responsibilities will also include the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools, such as demo environments and evaluation/Proof of Concept (POC) environments. You will help Partners develop their knowledge and skills, enabling them to effectively demonstrate best practices in various sales opportunities, including Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, Proof of Concepts, and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). This role is integral to ensuring that our Partners are well-equipped to succeed and that their feedback is incorporated into our product development process. You will be working closely with the Partner Team and will need to be proactive in addressing any challenges that arise, ensuring that our Partners have the support they need to thrive in their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the solutions engineering partner to the Workvivo Partner Team
  • Supporting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting and on-boarding new Partners
  • Acting as an advocate internally for our Partners, providing feedback to the Product Team and representing the roadmap needs of our joint customers
  • Ensuring our Partners are kept up to date on and enabled around evolving product features and up to date positioning
  • Owning the creation, handover and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools (e.g. Demo environments, EVAL/POC environments)
  • Helping them develop knowledge and demonstrate best practices in sales opportunities across Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, Proof of Concepts and responding to RFI/RFP

Requirements

  • Bilingual - able to converse in fluent Spanish and English
  • Experience working with Channel Partners in pre-sales engineering role
  • Able to take responsibility for the problem statement and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Have ownership and responsibility, proactively make suggestions and is comfortable leading internal projects, ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances
  • Able to work to deadlines and be comfortable with juggling various tasks of a different nature
  • Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
