As a Partner Solutions Engineer for US and LATAM, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners. This position is designed for someone who can act as an advocate for our Partners by providing valuable feedback to our Product team and representing the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with partner SEs and their customers, ensuring they are kept informed about product features and updates. Additionally, you will enable them to demonstrate best sales practices effectively. Your responsibilities will include the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools, such as demo environments and evaluation/Proof of Concept (POC) environments. You will also help Partners develop their knowledge and skills, enabling them to demonstrate best practices in various sales opportunities, including Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, and responding to RFI/RFP requests. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will need to take ownership of problem statements and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner.
