As a Partner Solutions Engineer for US and LATAM, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners. This position requires you to act as an advocate for our Partners by providing valuable feedback to our Product team and representing the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with partner SE's and their customers, ensuring they are kept informed about product features and updates. Additionally, you will enable Partners to demonstrate best sales practices, which is essential for their success in the market. Your responsibilities will also include the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools, such as demo environments and evaluation/proof of concept (EVAL/POC) environments. You will help Partners develop their knowledge and skills, enabling them to effectively demonstrate best practices in various sales opportunities, including Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, Proof of Concepts, and responding to RFI/RFP requests. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Partners are well-equipped to succeed and that their feedback is integrated into our product development process.
