As a Partner Solutions Engineer for US and LATAM, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners. Your primary responsibility will be to act as an advocate for our Partners, providing valuable feedback to our Product team and representing the needs of our customers. You will develop strong relationships with partner Sales Engineers (SEs) and their customers, ensuring they are kept informed about product features and updates. Additionally, you will enable Partners to demonstrate best sales practices, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles. In this position, you will also be responsible for the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools, including demo environments and evaluation/Proof of Concept (POC) environments. Your role will involve helping Partners develop their knowledge and skills, enabling them to effectively engage in sales opportunities across various stages, including Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). This multifaceted role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and drive success for our Partners.
