As a Partner Solutions Engineer for US and LATAM, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Partner Team by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners. This position requires you to act as an advocate for our partners, providing valuable feedback to our Product team and representing the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with partner Solutions Engineers and their customers, ensuring they are informed about product features and best sales practices. Additionally, you will oversee the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools, including demo environments and evaluation/Proof of Concept (POC) environments. In this role, you will be expected to support the Partner Team in various capacities, including acting as the solutions engineering partner. You will help partners develop their knowledge and skills, enabling them to effectively demonstrate best practices in sales opportunities, which include discovery, demo delivery, running evaluations, and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). Your ability to communicate effectively and share knowledge with all levels of customers will be essential to your success in this position.
