About the position

As a Partner Solutions Engineer for US and LATAM, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering relationships and advocating for partners. You will be responsible for providing valuable feedback to our Product team, ensuring that the needs of our customers are represented effectively. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with partner Solutions Engineers and their customers, keeping them informed about product features and updates. Additionally, you will enable partners to demonstrate best sales practices, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. In this position, you will take ownership of the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools, including demo environments and evaluation/Proof of Concept (POC) environments. You will also assist partners in developing their knowledge and skills, guiding them through various sales opportunities such as Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Your proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in resolving issues and driving success for our partners. Responsibilities

  • Acting as the solutions engineering partner to the Workvivo Partner Team
  • Supporting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners
  • Acting as an advocate internally for our Partners, providing feedback to the Product Team and representing the roadmap needs of our joint customers
  • Ensuring our Partners are kept up to date on and enabled around evolving product features and up-to-date positioning
  • Owning the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools (e.g. Demo environments, EVAL/POC environments)
  • Helping partners develop knowledge and demonstrate best practices in sales opportunities across Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, Proof of Concepts, and responding to RFI/RFP

Requirements

  • Bilingual - able to converse in fluent Spanish and English
  • Experience working with Channel Partners in a pre-sales engineering role
  • Able to take responsibility for the problem statement and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Have ownership and responsibility, proactively make suggestions and be comfortable leading internal projects
  • Ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances
  • Able to work to deadlines and be comfortable juggling various tasks of different natures
  • Excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers
