As a Partner Solutions Engineer for US and LATAM, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Partners. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering relationships and advocating for partners. You will be responsible for providing valuable feedback to our Product team, ensuring that the needs of our customers are represented effectively. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with partner Solutions Engineers and their customers, keeping them informed about product features and updates. Additionally, you will enable partners to demonstrate best sales practices, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. In this position, you will take ownership of the creation, handover, and ongoing maintenance of all Partner tools, including demo environments and evaluation/Proof of Concept (POC) environments. You will also assist partners in developing their knowledge and skills, guiding them through various sales opportunities such as Discovery, Demo Delivery, running Evaluations, and responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Your proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in resolving issues and driving success for our partners.
