About the position

The Partner Success Specialist at Versaterm is a crucial role focused on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction post-onboarding. This position involves managing client product upgrades and providing non-technical support across the Versaterm Public Safety product line. The specialist collaborates with client evolution teams to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and implementing additional functionalities to optimize the product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client product upgrades post-onboarding.
  • Provide front-line, non-technical support for all clients.
  • Collaborate with client evolution teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Implement add-on functionalities to optimize product usage.

Requirements

  • Understanding of public safety software systems and law enforcement practices.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Kantata, or CRM systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of CAD, RMS, and Mobile Applications, specifically Versaterm products, is an asset.
  • Passion for public safety.
  • Ability to travel for on-site services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with Versaterm products as part of an onboarding project team.
  • Experience as a front-line operational support resource or trainer for users.
