About The Position
Trupanion is looking for someone who has a passion for serving clients, is a great teammate, takes pride in perfection, and wants to be an outstanding part of our success! As a member of the Partner Support team, you will work closely with our Territory Partners (Trupanion's Field Sales Representatives) and hospitals across the United States and Canada to support and strengthen the relationship we have within the veterinary community. This is a phone-heavy role and the right candidate should be confident handling 30-40 phone calls a day. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the US. If you enjoy a mix of on-site and remote work, you may choose to have a hybrid schedule in our Seattle office. Schedule (Pacific Time Hours): This position requires you to work a full time schedule (8 hour shifts x 5 days a week) from Tuesday to Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off.
