About the position

The Partner Technical Account Manager at Point Predictive is responsible for maintaining and enhancing partner relationships within the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Dealer Management System (DMS) sectors. This role focuses on driving joint go-to-market strategies, enabling integrations, and developing sales pipelines with partners. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and relationship management skills to foster collaboration and growth, ensuring successful integration and support for partners.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key partners in the LOS and DMS areas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and strategic discussions with partners.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs and align on mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the reach of Point Predictive solutions.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales efforts with partners to drive mutual success.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to enable and support partner integrations.
  • Prioritize integration projects based on strategic importance and partner needs.
  • Ensure successful and timely delivery of integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with partners.
  • Identify opportunities to co-sell and cross-sell Point Predictive solutions with partners.
  • Track and report on partner sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to partners on integration-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate partners on Point Predictive products and integration processes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources for partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager, Partner Manager, or similar role, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems, Dealer Management Systems, and related integrations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical proficiency in integration technologies and APIs.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
