In this position, you will begin your career as a financial advisor, where you will gain hands-on experience in selling our products, building client relationships, and meeting specific performance requirements before transitioning into a management role. The initial phase of your career will involve a comprehensive training program that covers essential skills such as marketing, business development, coaching methodologies, recruiting, and customer relationship management. As a field manager, your compensation will be directly linked to your recruiting performance and the production levels of your team. The average income for our recruiters in 2021 was $270,890, reflecting the significant income potential available in this role. Responsibilities
- Begin your career as a financial advisor, learning to sell products and build client relationships.
- Complete specific performance requirements to transition into a management role.
- Participate in a six-month intensive training program designed for future partners.
- Coach and lead a team of financial professionals after transitioning to a management role.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to attract and retain clients.
- Understand and promote a range of financial products and services to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in business development or managerial roles is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word is required.
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience running your own business for at least 2 years is a plus.
- Previous managerial experience in another industry for 3+ years is preferred.
