About The Position

The Partnership Coordinator at Common Grace is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of mentorship programs aimed at supporting vulnerable children in Hawaii's public schools. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Director and key stakeholders to ensure effective program management, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization, all while promoting the organization's mission of providing Compassion, Attention, Kindness, and Encouragement (C.A.K.E.) to students through mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family Resources, Education, Human Development, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in nonprofit program management, fundraising, or grant writing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to multiple school/work sites.

  • Experience with children and mentoring programs.
  • Knowledge of budget management and grant writing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Common Grace's vision.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of mentorship programs and initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, donors, volunteers, and community members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement systems for monitoring program outcomes and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Support fundraising efforts by identifying funding opportunities and preparing grant proposals.
  • Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for staff and volunteers.
  • Advocate for the organization's mission and values through various channels and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
