About the position

The ACM Partnership Lead is responsible for developing and managing partnerships within the Ambulatory Capacity Management (ACM) department at Mass General Brigham. This role focuses on optimizing provider schedules and enhancing access to ambulatory services by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. The Partnership Lead acts as a liaison between clinical departments and centralized scheduling support, ensuring effective communication and governance of partnerships to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities and develop strategies for collaboration.
  • Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with clinical department stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and monitor partnership performance.
  • Plan and run agendas for partnership meetings, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead internal planning meetings and prepare materials for effective discussions.
  • Document and report escalations to ACM leadership as necessary.
  • Ensure action items from meetings are assigned, tracked, and completed.
  • Advise senior leaders on interpreting analytical data to improve access to provider schedules.
  • Manage communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of key performance measures and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
  • Master's degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare clinic operations with familiarity with EHR scheduling workflows.
  • Experience facilitating and coordinating meetings with diverse functional groups and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient to expert level Excel user and knowledgeable in Visio.

  • Experience in customer relations, problem solving, and conflict management.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions to problems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
