We are looking for a dynamic team member to add to our Activation team who displays a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnership Sales and Activation and under the leadership of the Senior Manager of Partnership Activation, this position will manage the overall experience and value for Steelers corporate partners in their collaboration with the franchise. In this role, you will lead the renewal process, ensure complete contract fulfillment and deliver high-level customer service and consultation to an assigned list of Steelers corporate partners. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive partnership initiatives. This person will track inventory and ensure full utilization of key corporate partnership and media platforms and will help establish new processes and systems for proactive partner communication, inventory tracking, top partnership tier deliverables and client hospitality.
