About the position

The Partnerships Analyst II - Sustainability Project Coordinator role at Honda focuses on supporting key partnerships and alliances that align with Honda's sustainability goals, particularly its 2050 'Triple Action to Zero' initiative. This position involves collaborating across various departments to enhance Honda's brand image and competitiveness in the marketplace while contributing to the development of innovative products and services in the sustainability sector. The analyst will assist in financial analysis, partnership identification, management, and reporting, as well as risk analysis and policy advocacy to ensure the success and sustainability of partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating financial models to evaluate the feasibility of partnerships.
  • Support the identification and assessment of potential partners by gathering preliminary data on their sustainability practices.
  • Aid in monitoring and tracking the performance of partnerships by collecting data on sustainability and business performance metrics.
  • Assist in the analysis of ongoing risks associated with partnership initiatives and contribute to risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor relevant policy developments and regulations related to sustainability, energy, and mobility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or a Related Field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, business support, or project assistance.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and supporting the development of financial models.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, including budget support and understanding of ROI, IRR, and NPV calculations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
