About the position

The Partnerships Content Marketing Manager at BetterUp will lead the customer storytelling strategy and manage the virtual BetterUp Original Series. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives that highlight customer experiences and insights, integrating these stories across various marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and impact. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure alignment with business goals and to create measurable outcomes through effective storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer storytelling strategy and manage the BetterUp Original Series.
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate customer stories across marketing channels.
  • Gather customer insights from Field and Sales teams to inform storytelling.
  • Define and prioritize case studies that support BetterUp's go-to-market strategy.
  • Create data-driven customer stories for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Identify gaps in current storytelling and propose creative solutions.
  • Write event speaker scripts that align with customer voices and BetterUp's mission.
  • Develop integrated campaigns for key customer stories and refine storytelling positioning.
  • Draft social media content for customer speakers at events.
  • Analyze performance of customer content and campaigns for optimization.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, brand partnerships, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with expertise in script writing preferred.
  • Experience managing webinars, video series, or similar formats from concept to execution.
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to partner with Field and Sales teams to translate insights into marketing strategies.
  • Experience owning content and campaign development across various teams and channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
