About the position

The Partnerships Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and collaborations with partners in the financial sector. This position involves overseeing the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance brand awareness and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact and thought leader for partner-related initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, event, content, etc.) for the Partnerships division.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns to optimize ROI.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Partnerships, New Business Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of partner-related conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B email marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Segment audiences and tailor messaging to different stages of the buyer's journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing (partner/channel marketing or related roles in a B2B environment a plus).
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, email marketing software - Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of fintech products, services, and industry trends a plus.
