About the position

The Parts & Accessory Specialist at Team Motorsports is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support in the Parts & Accessories department. The ideal candidate is a high-energy powersports enthusiast who will assist customers in identifying and ordering parts, while also achieving personal sales goals through upselling and creative merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Identifying the proper part(s) needed by the customer.
• Ordering parts not in stock.
• Providing exceptional customer service, through active listening, tenacity, and patience.
• Attaining personal sales goals through suggestive upselling.
• Creating customer enthusiasm and loyalty with creative store display merchandising.
• Store opening and closing responsibilities.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous suggestive sales experience.
• Willing to help any customer in the store.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Background in the Power-sports industry is a PLUS!
