Responsibilities

  • Manage and process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee equipment repair processes, coordinating with service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control of warranty parts and supplies, ensuring repair availability.
  • Collaborate with OEMs to resolve warranty-related issues and improve product reliability.
  • Utilize order management systems to track warranty claims and parts orders effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality.
  • Provide training and support to staff on warranty procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in warranty management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warranty management or a related field, such as equipment repair or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of marine engine systems and repair processes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory control practices and procurement management is essential.
  • Experience using order management systems for tracking claims and inventory is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
