About the position
The Parts Assistant at Crash Champions plays a crucial role in the collision repair process by managing the receipt, inspection, and invoicing of parts. This entry-level position is essential for ensuring that all parts are accounted for and meet quality standards, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the repair operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and check in parts, matching delivered parts to repair orders and ensuring all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart.
- Inspect delivered parts for damage upon delivery, ensuring quality control.
- Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
- Monitor deliveries by regularly communicating with the vendor on parts status.
- Coordinate parts invoicing by ensuring parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion's estimating platform and making corrections as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
