About the position

The Parts Clerk position at Aerotek involves managing and inspecting incoming parts for endoscope repair, ensuring accuracy in deliveries and maintaining inventory levels. This role is essential for supporting repair technicians by ensuring all necessary parts are accounted for and readily available.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
• Document and report any discrepancies or damaged parts to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all parts meet the required specifications and standards.
• Accurately log new parts into the computer system.
• Maintain detailed records of all incoming parts, including quantities, descriptions, and part numbers.
• Update inventory records and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
