About the position

The Parts Coordinator is a vital role within the operations of our parts warehouse at the Tomball facility. This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of parts management, ensuring that service supervisors and technicians have the necessary parts to perform their jobs efficiently. The Parts Coordinator will engage in professional communication regarding the status and updates of parts, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and that operations run smoothly. The role requires the safe operation of a forklift, which is essential for moving parts and materials within the warehouse. Additionally, the Parts Coordinator will be responsible for ordering and checking parts, maintaining a backorder report, and delivering parts to the appropriate locations or technicians as needed. The Parts Coordinator must ensure timely processing of return warranty parts and core returns, which is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. A clean and safe work environment is a priority, and the Parts Coordinator will be expected to uphold safety standards and practices at all times. Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Previous experience operating a forklift
  • Ability to demonstrate safe practices and follow all safety policies
  • Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email, phone, in-person)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service focused work environment
