Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for the retail parts business.
• Greet customers and assist in parts selection.
• Answer questions, provide price quotes, and inform customers of companion part requirements and specials over the phone.
• Keep customers informed on the status of special orders and back-order parts.
• Receive, locate, bill, and fulfill orders.
• Handle customer returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to the Service department.
• Locate and secure parts from various vendors for shop jobs.
• Help control and maintain inventory.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of parts sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Sales skills preferred.
• Phone skills preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
