About the position

The Parts Counter Sales Associate at Advantage Truck Group is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the sales of parts for commercial and municipal vehicles. This full-time position involves handling parts requests, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming parts requests for both retail customers and technicians.
• Promptly and professionally greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Ensure accurate and appropriate inventory and billing controls through transactions.
• Provide customers with accurate parts lookup and recommendations based on their described needs.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Valid State Driver License
• Clean Driving Record
• Understanding of the Automotive or Heavy Duty-Truck industry
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb for the entire shift
• Capability of lifting/moving up to 60 lbs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills
