About the position

N C Machinery is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson for their Wenatchee Branch. This role is crucial in the Parts Department, focusing on actively selling and promoting parts, components, and processes to VIP customers. Responsibilities

• Actively sell and promote parts and components to VIP customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing friendly and accurate service.
• Follow up promptly on customer orders and suggest additional products.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous parts or sales experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts and components is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
