Responsibilities

• Actively sell and promote parts and components to VIP customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up promptly on customer orders and suggest additional products.
• Maintain clear and friendly communication with customers and team members.
• Manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous parts or sales experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Caterpillar parts and components is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
