Responsibilities

• Check with the parts manager and other staff before leaving for deliveries.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to wholesale customers.
• Keep consignment bins filled for technicians and parts counter staff.
• Verify that invoices match purchase orders for each pick-up.
• Check payment received against invoices for each delivery.
• Maintain an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups.
• Request recipient's signature for each delivery entry.
• Perform basic maintenance on the delivery vehicle, including fueling and cleaning.
• Advise the parts manager of any major repairs needed for delivery trucks.
• Assist in maintaining the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Support the service department with attendant responsibilities as needed.
• Help with stocking and posting orders upon arrival.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to perform duties safely
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.
