About the position

The Parts Department Associate/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for candidates with a background in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Utilize Excel for data entry, reporting, and inventory management tasks.
  • Assist the parts department with various tasks, including pulling stock for technicians, matching parts to jobs, and scheduling customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
